WHO WE ARE

KVC-Kakuma Vocational Center is a non-profit Community-based Organization founded in 2018 with the aim of equipping refugees and the host community with the tools to create a better future for all, reduce the number of street children by helping them with skills training, helping women to be able to overcome their primary needs and that of their families.

OUR PROGRAMS

We provide vocational training in fields such as soap manufacturing, graphic design, child development and learning activities, social emotional learning, and others… We want to be a leaving community that has a good impact on people’s lives, careers, and our ever-changing world. Our goal is to develop the beneficiaries’ knowledge in practical skills and edication that can make them creative, thinkers, and problem solvers, as well as to equip humans with opportunities or chances for formal education with basic technical/vocational abilities.
